Vandalized - Bloomington, Indiana Salvation Army

UPDATE - The Indiana Daily Student requested to use my photos for an article, as well as inquired as to my opinion of what happened. IDS article here, and for transparency sakes, original email thread between the editor and I may be found here.

On my way into the office this morning, I was maneuvering the normal route (3rd Street - Kirkwood - turn left by the scary BP / Circle K, as an alternative to being interrupted by the College Ave, Walnut St., 6th St., 7th St., and possibly, the 10th St. lights, in consecutive order.

So, while driving past the Salvation Army this morning, I noticed a crude, though straightforward, "tagging" / graffiti vandalism right on their N. Rogers St. facing wall. I was so dismayed that I actually rolled around the block, just so I could snap these photographs.= (note* for a photo of the Salvation Army without the graffiti, click here (Google Maps)).

As for the validity of this scribbled art piece's statement, please Google these things for yourself.

tl;dr, yes, the Salvation Army hates gays and women
