Some fun this week. As promised, took Gavin and Machi to the nearby dog park on Monday and Tuesday; tried taking on Wednesday but the city’s mowing crew had just arrived. Instead the three of us opted for a walk around the park to chase and corral some nearby geese. Also, as today is technically Gavin’s “twelfth and a half birthday”, a steak was in order (which I hope will last them a few more days. Also, I was happy to see that the FedEx delivery man left a milkbone on our Chewy order. Was a nice gesture for sure.
It’s nearly eleven in the evening as I draft this post. I can hear the soothing whimpers of Gavin dreaming from his recliner.
